It is a sad fact but true that many women over forty feel invisible. Change has become my passion.
One of the things that inspired me to do what I do now, after taking a management position with a telecommunications giant, was an experience I once had one of my seminars.
A beautiful well-dressed woman approached me and told me he hated most in increasingly felt invisible. He explained how, everywhere you look, you see women in their twenties and thirties presented as models of beauty and style. It is rare to see older women in television and print advertising and certain magazines teen mode function as models.
