I a tea set in silver which was my moms when she married in 1980. I wondered if it was worth something to it.
If it is silver plated is not worth much, unfortunately, unless of course they were made by one of the best companies such as Asprey and have great artistic value. scrap value is minimal because there is too little money in them.
